Activities of Receivables monitoring (Customers Overdue monitoring).
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing financial information.
Document financial transactions by entering information into the company in-house systems.
Administration of Employees travel expenses, data and payroll information.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Timely delivery of all tax reports in cooperation with the Tax Consultant.
Correspondence with authorities, customers and suppliers, including Tax Consultants and Banks.
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports as directed.
Taking care of the statutory audit in cooperation with local consultants.
Interact with all levels of Company employees.
Communicating and collaborating with Accounting team members in the UK and overseas.
Secure financial information by completing database backups.
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Performing other duties from time to time as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role which will provide full training in the job duties and the IT ,ERP systems used, will suit either an Accounts Assistant type with a couple of years of work experience looking for an extremely varied and challenging new position which will expose them to many new aspects of accounts in due course.
Alternatively this position would consider a really bright graduate with a good degree in Accounting, Maths, Economics or a strong Science looking for a varied entry level role with a large International business.
