Your new role
As a Customer Service, Account Administrator you will be responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts. You will be the first point of contact to support with any enquiries in regards to renewal payments, policies and products and ensure that you are up-selling and cross selling additional products to maximise business revenue and the client's service.
What you'll need to succeed
This position is an entry level customer service job. The successful individual will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and through the companies training be able to develop long lasting client and customer relationships.
