Job Description
  • Assist in the production of monthly management accounts
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger duties
  •  Internet Banking 
  • Bank Transfers
  • Supplier payment runs
  •  Credit control
  •  VAT Returns
  •  Journal preparation and posting
  •  Manage expenses and credit cards
  •  Fixed asset register maintenance
  •  Prepayment 
  • Accruals
  •  Bank Reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate, particularly with Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in both a team and as an individual
  • Previous management accounts experience and progression towards an AAT qualification is desirable
  • Ability to drive (due to job location)
