Job Description
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  •  Process bank deposits
  •  Reconcile financial statements
  •  Prepare, send and store invoices
  •  Contact suppliers and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  •  Identify and address discrepancies
  •  Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable to the Finance Manager
  •  Update internal CRM and our accounting database and spreadsheets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  •  Experience with accounting software, would be an advantage
  •  Advanced knowledge of Excel
  •  Solid data entry skills with good attention to detail
  •  Good organizational and time-management abilities
