Job Description
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
- Process Purchase Order into SAGE
- Monitor Accounts mailbox
- To match purchase invoices with purchase order
- To process purchase invoices into SAGE
- Attach purchase invoices into SAGE supplier account
- Check the subcontractor recharge cost
- To distribute invoices for authorization
- Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis
- Make payments to suppliers and issue remittance advices
- Process the company credit card reconciliation
- To scan and file invoices and job sheets in regular basis
- To reconcile bank accounts
- Other duties as required by the company
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in a similar role working in purchase ledger
- Sound IT skills, including MS Office, in particular Excel
- Must be a team player, flexible and prepared to cover for other team members
- AAT would be an advantage but not essential.
