Liaising with clients and chasing approval of timesheets .
Liaising with sales team regarding any queries.
Producing and sending statements to clients.
Producing invoices
Resolving client queries.
Statement and invoice reconciliation.
Monitoring credit limits
Maintaining client records.
Producing a variety of weekly reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have one- two years experience within a finance admin or similar role and ideally some knowledge of credit control and billing procedures, along with the desire to work within a team environment that can offer future opportunities for progression.
