Job Description
  •  Supporting the Accounts Manager with the management of the accounts receivable function
  •  Raising sales invoices, posting invoices onto accounts system and sending to clients
  •  Allocating payment receipts to sales ledger and reconciling client accounts at month end
  • Collating daily receipts, preparing payment reports and producing banking documentation
  •  Chasing overdue payments via telephone, email and correspondence and agreeing repayment schedules
  •  Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully resolved
