Maintaining the purchase Ledger (batching invoices, credits, adding a project code)
Providing financial support and guidance for Project Managers, production team; answering finance questions and producing reports from Sage as required.
Monitoring cashflow across all bank accounts; regularly updating the cashflow spreadsheet and providing with key financial data.

Managing our pre-paid card system (soldo) daily checking and topping up card users, adding new members, monthly reconciliation.
Extracting reports for posting into Sage.
Completing new supplier client forms on behalf of the organization, set up new credit accounts.
Credit card reconciliation, matching monthly transactions with paperwork, coding and processing into Sage.
Monthly Payroll, we use Sage for our payroll. Enter any new adjustments, leavers and new starters work with Executive Assistant and update the Sage payroll system.
Be a true Business Partner to the commercial teams by supporting tender teams in project costing to ensure maximum profitability and providing accurate and timely financial analysis of projects.
Produce weekly and bi-weekly reporting on sales pipeline and revenue outlook.
Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
Generally developing stronger accounting systems, policies, processes and controls.
