Job Description
- Leading company valuations
- Carrying out market and buyer research, helping clients with due diligence and other assistance with the business sale process
- Undertaking price negotiations, debt/equity raising, forecasts, due diligence and other acquisition services
- Assisting on a wide range of forensic accounting assignments, covering the full spectrum of litigation support services
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You are fully qualified ACCA or ACA (or equivalent), having trained within a UK Chartered or Certified Accountancy firm, with some experience.
