Regular reporting of transactional data.
Managing advisers’ diaries; booking and coordinating client annual review meetings.
Maintaining detailed client records
Processing of payments and the reconciliation of bank accounts and commissions.
Day to day administrative duties, including dealing with investment platforms, Powers of Attorney, Accountants and other professionals.
Ad hoc duties as required, such as the organizing of small office events.
Undertaking of Continuing Professional Development to meet regulatory and personal development needs.
