- Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
- Managing the function for multiple Global entities
- Manage the staff expenses
- Processing credit card information
- Preparing payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements with ledger accounts
- Intercompany postings
- Maintenance of the Fixed Assets register
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- One years experience in a Finance function
- Proven Accounts Payable skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel user (V Lookups and Pivot Tables)
