Job Description
  • Processing all supplier purchase invoices, refunds 
  • Matching invoices with relevant approved and receipted Purchase Order 
  • Prepare frequent payments runs 
  • Post bank entries and complete bank reconciliations
  • Ensure transactions comply with group financial policies and procedures.
  • Account for VAT and prepare information for statutory submissions
  • Maintain supplier information
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve queries promptly
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Reconcile Key Suppliers Statements monthly
  • Create Month end balance sheet reconciliation reports
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments for management accounts at month end
  • Review month end trial balance and provide necessary support
  • Admin duties such as daily post, scanning and electronic document filing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Educated to at Least A level or equivalent
  • Minimum two years’ Accounts Payable experience on a similar role,
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Good understanding and proficiency in Accounts Payable and best practice
  • Intermediate, Advanced Microsoft skills (particularly Excel) and experience 
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail as well as organizational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player, quick learner, and professional attitude
  • European language an advantage ( but not necessary)
