Job Description
  • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers - Sales, Purchases and General.
  • Bank, Sales, Purchase and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • VAT Returns.
  • Credit Control - chasing clients for outstanding balances and negotiation with suppliers for better credit terms.
  • Monitor office expenses.
  • Assist Financial Controller with financial statements, including cash flows, profit and  loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Routine procedures - checking off invoices against purchase orders, generating invoices, filing and other ad hoc accounting responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT qualified or Qualified by Experience.
  • One to three years' work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
  • Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of working under pressure and independently.
  • Identify areas where processes can be improved.
  • Attention to detail and manage tight deadlines.
