Job Description
- Credit checks via credit safe for new and existing accounts
- Setting up new accounts
- Follow up credit control calls by telephone and email.
- Send monthly statements by email.
- Resolve account queries with internal departments.
- Liaise with the line manager about potential issues
- Review credit limits
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience in Credit Control is essential
- Experience within a logistics or transport company would be an added advantage
- Microsoft Word and Excel at entry level
