Posting of the Accounts Payable (supplier) invoices
Inventory and stock orders
Management of the weekly employee timesheets
Completing new Supplier, Client forms and setting up new suppliers on the system
Responsibility for Petty cash and receipts
Some of Operations Admin responsibilities (Using the system to open jobs, paying any penalty charge notices, Ensuring all vehicles are covered by insurance and congestion charge, ordering/altering fuel cards etc.)
Ad hoc duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
MUST have experience in Finance and Accounting
Prior working knowledge of the Accounts Payable ledger
Strong Excel skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to get "stuck-in" and learn as much as possible
Studying towards the AAT qualification
Have a passion for the TV, film and entertainment industry
