Job Description
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Cash book
- Bank reconciliations
- Payments processing
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- VAT reports
- HMRC returns
- Payroll and expenses
- Management reporting
- Producing stock reports on Sage and liaising with customers
- Liaising with warehouse to arrange delivery for stock
- Covering holidays where needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Self-motivated individual with good initiative and team player skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Experience working with Sage 50 and Iris PAYE-Master
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
