Job Description
  • Financial transactions related to Conveyancing matters
  • Processing matter and firm related payments
  • Recording and reconciling receipts
  • Processing bank transfers including requests submitted by legal teams
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Matter and Firm related supplier invoices (Purchase Ledger)
  • Processing of disbursements including property searches
  • Petty Cash, Staff Expenses and Company Credit cards processing
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing of the same, including bank statements and passbook updates
  • Dealing with internal and external finance related queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good numeracy skills, accuracy, attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure is important.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with staff, clients and professional contacts.
  • All staff are expected to be computer literate (MS Office, email, internet banking etc) and become familiar with our case management system.
