Responsible for the management accounts for the property related entities including journal posting, monthly commentary and schedule compilation and balance sheet reconciliations
Completion of budget and forecasting for all revenue and costs lines
Ensure accurate accounting of quarterly service charge revenues and costs and manage annual budget process
Ensure accurate internal and external Joint venture reporting for all rent incomes, related costs, analysis
Support the business in key business decisions including new tenant leases, service charge review, car parking analysis and new contracts.
Working alongside the Commercial Finance Manager and Key Stakeholders of the businesses to deliver timely accurate financial information
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is ESSENTIAL that the candidates is ACCA, CIMA or ACA finalist
Experience of finance business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
Excellent accounting skills with a fundamental knowledge of debits and credits
Intermediate to advanced excel and modelling skills (lookups, pivots, index match)
Confident communicating with senior management level.
Strong team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment
It is highly desirable if the candidate has experience in the property sector
