Job Description

Retail Service/Bodyshop

  • Responsible for the full retail process
  • Take customer enquiries
  • Liaise with relevant departments and the customer to confirm bookings
  • Maintain communication with relevant departments to follow up on the progress of work and keep the customer up to date when required
  • Offer additional service work
  • Responsible for collecting full payment for retail work
  • Responsible for all administration related to the process
  • Responsible for the handover of the vehicle when the customer collects
  • Appraise and record vehicle condition upon handovers, e.g. dents, marks, mileage and fuel etc. on an acceptance note and support with video and charge for any additional damage or over-mileage
