Job Description
  • Allocate income and expenditure from dedicated bank accounts
  • Post transactions to relevant ledgers and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis
  • Process invoices and handle payment requests
  • Generate month-end journals for approval
  • Create intercompany invoices
  • Maintain cash books and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Calculate contractual payments for approval

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a similar role or accounting environment
  • Possesses a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates proficiency in basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Has a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Shows proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel
