Job Description
  • Processing debit notes from the client’s broker system and sending them to external stakeholders.
  • Sending statements to clients.
  • Credit control.
  • Auctioning incoming statement from the client’s insurers.
  • Sending out closings.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Candidates should ideally have insurance accounts experience with a good administration background being essential.
  • You will be IT literate (Word, Excel and Email) and well organized with a friendly telephone manner and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management is required and whilst being a good team player, you must have the ability to work on own initiative.
