Job Description
  • Accounts Payable functions such as invoice processing and account reconciliation
  • Credit cards and expense processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Debtor reports and ensuring customers are covered with the correct insurance cover
  • Assistance with intercompany invoicing and inventory stock reconciliation
  • Turnover reports and analysis
  • Eventually leading to journals, balance sheet reconciliations 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Has to have a good understanding of Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work on their own and as a part of a team
  • Good communicator
  • Proactive
  • Studying AAT or willing to study desirable
