To assist in carrying out all Administration Processes
Accurately file manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures
Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards
Updating interfacing web portal on a daily basis.
Update internal and external databases and administration systems as required.
Responsibility for capturing all Agency time records
Support Line Manager in payroll processes
To analyse reports and action where necessary
Understand and observe Client site rules at all times
To observe all Company and Client statutory fire and safety regulations and to promote good safety habits and methods of work.
To deal with any complaints that fall within the job holder’s duties and report these immediately to the Cleaning Supervisor/ Site Manager.
To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holder’s capability, according to the needs of the business and as directed by the Line Manager.
