Job Description
- You will act as the first point of call for all accounting related matters and will be assisted by a team of Financial Controllers, and Accounts and Payroll Clerks.
- You will work closely with the senior leadership team on financial targets and take responsibility for creating a leading controls environment and ensure compliance with all external and group finance processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accountancy
- Finance Manager
- Management Accountant
- Wholesale
- Senior Accountant
- Qualified Accountant
- Worked within a Wholesale business
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA part/qualified with three years post qualification experience
- Knowledge of accounting theory and application of [UK GAAP/IFRS]
- Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation
- Excellent communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels
- Great teammate with a strong work ethic
- Experience working with various IT systems and software including Microsoft Excel
