Job Description
  • Maintaining all aspects of financial information on Xero.
  • Credit control, including Implementing and new systems to improve our debtor management.
  • Managing our cloud-based systems for compliance and payroll.
  • Payroll preparation and management.
  • Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.
  • Financial analysis of business operations and budgeting.
  • Communicating professionally with our customers via email and phone.
  • Assisting management with general administrative tasks and any other duties that support the overall efficiency of the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Worked in a similar role previously.
  • Working knowledge of Xero and feel confident in managing all incoming and outgoing invoices and payments.
  • Demonstrable examples of managing purchase ledgers and general ledger management and reporting.
  • Be used to working with software packages and integrations between these programmers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Happy to work in a varied role where responsibilities will change and evolve over time.
