Taking calls and responding to emails, in the designated time given by directors
Adhering to time scales , deadlines agreed by directors.
Conducted TAX And VAT investigations where and when appropriate.
Dealing with rent and mortgage references
Involved in Credit Control
Booking client appointments on a daily basis
Involved in business development, software, and revenue growth ideas etc.
Managing client and director expectations and delivering on promises
Be honest, open, considerate, and hard working at all times.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of three-five years’ experience in an Accountancy office
Highly knowledgeable in sole-trader tax advice and tax planning
Experienced and proficient in producing, submitting Sole-trader Self-Assessment tax returns. This is crucial!
Highly Experienced in Producing and Finalizing accounts
Experienced in producing and submitting VAT returns and Payroll.
Government Benefits System knowledge so as to be able to help clients with Housing benefit form filing, Universal Credits, Tax credit etc.
Proficient in dealing with HMRC and using HMRC and Companies House websites.
Positive/confident, polite speak all times with clients and staff.
Keen to learn from others.
