  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties, including filing, scanning, faxing, and taking minutes
  • Verify and validate information accurately
  • Input data into relevant systems promptly
  • Generate invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile credit card transactions diligently
  • Utilize your bookkeeping experience to support financial operations
  • Process invoices while reconciling delivery notes with received invoices and purchase orders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping is essential
  • Ability to work within monthly deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in software packages such as Excel and XERO
