Job Description
  • Sales ledger and Purchase ledger control   to include input of Payments and Receipts and Invoices.
  • Supplier Invoice validation
  • Check, verify and approve internal process documents, invoices, credit card receipts and expense claims
  • General , Nominal ledger (support)
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Balancing of Accounts
  • Credit Control and Debt Management
  • Stock and Inventory Control (support)
  • Month End and Year End (support)
  • Maintain online and paper filing systems to support financial records
  • Office Administration duties ,wider business support (when needed, as a small hands on team)
  • Adaptable and Flexible in duties carried out (Team Player)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Time Served QBE or Part qualified in Accounts ,Finance (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) would be beneficial or time served in similar role
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using Sage Line 50 and Sage 200 is advantageous
  • Strong professional communicator at all levels, both internally and externally at all levels
  • Strong Excel skills (formula’s, Vlook up, pivot tables) is ideal
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills are required in this key role
