Job Description
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers using Sage
- Periodic CIS verification and submission of monthly CIS returns
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Monitoring and assisting with resolution of purchase invoice queries
- Preparation of payment runs and liaising with the Financial Director over payables
- Processing and posting of monthly expense claims
- Preparation and issue of sales invoices via e-mail and/or client portals
- Credit control and managing sales and purchase ledger and reporting back to management
- Checking monthly Contractor's invoice and processing
- Liaising with company accounts over monthly accounts
- Attendance and reporting into monthly team finance meetings
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Be AAT qualified or QBE
- Have excellent knowledge of Sage
- Be computer literate, essentially in Excel
- Be able to work autonomously in a stand alone role
