Job Description
  • Assist with backlog of purchase ledger postings
  • Reconcile supplier accounts
  • Maintain delegated supplier account profiles
  • Ensure invoices, credits and refunds have been received and posted correctly
  • Enter supplier payments onto the system once processed
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Prepare supplier statements for BACS runs ensuring all invoices to be paid are correctly posted onto the system
  • Analyze data and report effectively on outcome
  • Report to the Financial Controller on sales and purchase orders not invoiced
  • Assist the Financial Controller with analyzing and reconciling Ledgers and aged reports as required
  • Sales Ledger e.g. Running and maintaining customer statements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must be experienced within Purchase Ledger , Accounts Payable
  • Must have Reconciliations experience
  • Able to hit the ground running, working in a busy team environment
  • AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified would be an advantage but not essential
  • Good use of MS Excel
