Job Description
- Lead a full reconciliation of two global accounts, covering a two-year time span.
- Match all invoices, deposits and payments.
- Analytically review any outstanding invoices.
- Work in SAGE to update all data and information.
- Provide updated reports to both the customer and internal team.
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly.
- Be able to provide a detailed report and plan of action.
- Be comfortable with excel and spreadsheets.
- Be a confident communicator
- Have the ability to lead a project and work diligently.
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Deal with all customer and supplier queries.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Admin.
- Have a strong process background.
- Be happy with finance systems and excel.
- Have a humble mindset with a good sense of humor.
