Job Description
- Build exceptional working relationships with all key stakeholders across the globe to implement significant systems change.
- Oversee all financial data, reports and analysis from a systems standpoint.
- Drive world-class processes and controls across a global footprint.
- Closely work with a global finance and IT team to roll out a best-in-class finance systems strategy.
- Be able to lead a strategic systems transformation, whilst being hands-on enough to get things done.
- Lead and manage a sizeable systems finance team, which includes project management, change and transformation.
- Take full responsibility for all finance systems controls, procedures and data integrity.
- Be comfortable looking at transformation across a high number of territories, systems and business units.
- Help establish a strong controls framework for all financial reporting.
- Feel comfortable with selecting new systems, improving existing and creating a road map to ensure a global standardization on performance and compatibility.
- Be comfortable presenting and updating at board level.

- Worked for a global business in a finance systems role.
- Have a track record in driving transformation and change.
- Happy leading project teams and managing a variety of key global stakeholders.
- Ideally a qualified accountant.
- Experience gained working for a multi-billion turnover and international business.
