Job Description

In this position you will provide administrative and coordination support that will ensure effective delivery of the service to the client. Some of these duties will include inputting of requisition authorisation by the client on to the relevant system, releasing vacancies to suppliers, arranging vacancy briefings as well as administering internal and external job board postings, creating advertisements and monitoring the inventory for paid channels.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal as coordinating stakeholders and clients are key elements of this position. You will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of various levels. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. You will have a good level of IT skills with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to work to tight timescales is also essential, with an understanding of SLA's desirable. Having worked in a service environment of any kind previously is an advantage, as is previous client facing experience.
