Job Description
- The Senior Accountant will report to the European Financial Controller to ensure accurate management accounts and associated activities, including maintaining financial controls, compliance with accounting standards, completion of statutory obligations and production of internal reporting.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous work experience within a Finance Team and educated to degree level
- Understand revenue accounting
- Understanding of the functions of an integrated accounting system.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level) and accounting software
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA - qualified or part qualified
- A team player with a collaborative approach to work
- Excellent business partnering skills with employees at all levels
- Experience of managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Forward thinking attitude to improving processes
