Are you an Assistant Accountant with experience in QuickBooks looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance.
- Assist with Quarterly Accounts.
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers.
- Manage supplier payment runs, invoices, and credit control.
- Post staff and credit card expenses.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits.
- Process payroll and pensions.
