Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with UK laws, and provide expert client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll and manage data changes.
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.
Implement and optimize payroll systems.
Generate and analyze payroll reports.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience in payroll processing (multi-client preferred).
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
Familiarity with payroll systems like Sage or ADP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred: CIPP qualification, experience with auto-enrolment pensions, and payroll system implementation.
