Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Accounts Assistant capable of taking ownership of key responsibilities within the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts inbox and efficiently handle queries.
- Process payments, invoices, receipts, and income with attention to detail.
- Accurately input financial data to streamline invoice processing.
- Perform regular account reconciliations using Xero, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Process employee expense claims, verifying documentation and approvals.
- Support the accountant with administrative tasks and assist in preparing annual accounts.
