You will be responsible for:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Update information accurately on in-house systems and social media
- Process applications
- Responding via ticketing system
- Reporting to management and helping rest of the office with anything required
- Dealing with any queries
This is a 3-6 month contract and will be an immediate start for the right person.
You will be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
