Job Description

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the safety, health, environmental and quality team contributing to keeping the company compliant to the latest SHE regulations.

Duties of the role include:

  • Learn, update and comply the factory to the latest SHE regulations.
  • Logging and monitoring number of hazards, incidents and accidents.
  • Investigate incidents, investigate and report on non-conformances.
  • Record and analyse SHEQ KPIs.
  • Conduct regular, small SHE training sessions and maintain high levels of SHE standards.
  • Maintain SHE training records.
  • Employee and contractors health and safety monitoring.
  • Handle daily issues of SHEQ in chemical production and packaging operations.
  • Conduct internal SHEQ audits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must be a graduate with a SHE related degree. Must be enthusiastic with a genuine desire to succeed and progress within the industry as a 1 - 3 - 5yr progression plan will be put in place to ensure a successful career.
