As the Collections Manager you will be supporting a hardworking team of 8 achieve and work towards the following duties:
Review and monitoring the creditworthiness of the accounts receivable ledger to maximise collections and minimise bad debt
Manage the team with regards to invoicing, collections and query management to ensure that all clerical tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate fashion
Collections, debt management and liaison with the large, international and high risk customers to maximise collections
Co-ordinate with relevant members of the finance team to ensure that all payments are raised and authorised as necessary
Producing periodic reports as required by the FD
Sales ledger reconciliations
Establishing and actioning process improvements where necessary

The successful Collections Manager will have:
Management/supervisory skills within a similar area
A strong transactional finance background
Strive to work within a face-paced busy environment
Maintain standards when working under pressure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationship with internal and external parties
Strong Excel and IT skills
Performance and results focused
