Job Description

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Support the Head of L&D in arranging meetings, following up actions and coordinating updates.
  • Administrative support to manage diary, meetings and being a first port of call - dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Department administration.
  • Project support as appropriate required.
  • Maintain and monitor learning and development reporting using a Learning Management system
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Numerate, and experience of working with systems and excel is essential Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal - ability to draft own correspondence High level accuracy, prioritisation and attention to detail Maintain professional conduct and integrity by ensuring confidentiality in all job activity Proactive problem solver, resourceful, demonstrates initiative, has a can-do attitude and works well independently High levels of self-awareness and committed to personal development with a growth mindset Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment
