Job Description

The Role:
 

  • Working as part of a recruitment and compliance resourcing team
  • Identifying relevant candidates looking for warehouse work who are suited to 5 year referencing and background/vetting checks
  • Managing the referencing and vetting of each potential candidate to get them ready to work
  • Chasing for references and being able to spot gaps in candidates personal and employment track records and sourcing evidence clarification as to their backgrounds accordingly
  • Liaising with the Account Manager to hit the numbers and targets as dictated by the customer
  • Inputting information into bespoke software
  • Using Word and Excel

You will:

  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be able to multi task
  • Be able to reprioritise your time throughout each working day, to re-evaluate your priorities
  • Be a strong administrator who can handle a heavy workload in a fast paced environment
  • Be aware of the importance of providing exceptional levels of customer service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be an excellent communicator with a professional and confident personality. The client requires a high level of service, and ensuring that their expectations are met is of paramount importance. You will need to evidence previous experience in a similar role.
