Working as part of a recruitment and compliance resourcing team
Identifying relevant candidates looking for warehouse work who are suited to 5 year referencing and background/vetting checks
Managing the referencing and vetting of each potential candidate to get them ready to work
Chasing for references and being able to spot gaps in candidates personal and employment track records and sourcing evidence clarification as to their backgrounds accordingly
Liaising with the Account Manager to hit the numbers and targets as dictated by the customer
Inputting information into bespoke software
Using Word and Excel
You will:

Be able to reprioritise your time throughout each working day, to re-evaluate your priorities
Be a strong administrator who can handle a heavy workload in a fast paced environment
Be aware of the importance of providing exceptional levels of customer service
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be an excellent communicator with a professional and confident personality. The client requires a high level of service, and ensuring that their expectations are met is of paramount importance. You will need to evidence previous experience in a similar role.
