Your new role

Working as part of a team of two staff that are the Data team, who are responsible for:

• Provision of Sales reporting and analysis for management team (regular and ad hoc reporting)
• Ownership and maintenance of customer price lists
• Maintenance and reporting of customer rebates
• Maintenance of all customers records on SAP
• Maintenance of all product pricing on SAP
• Maintenance of all products, suppliers, and supplier costs on SAP
• Maintenance of all sales employee's records on SAP
• Maintenance of Van changes on SAP
• Maintenance of product standard costs (raw materials and packaging) in SAP
• Resolving queries and escalating as necessary.
• Supporting wider Finance team priorities when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Comfortable with preforming in a data analysis role
• The ability to work independently as well as assisting a wider Finance team
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to provide accurate and reliable information (attention to detail)
• At least Intermediate Excel skills (comfortable with multi-sheet workbooks containing formulae, and use of pivot tables)
• SAP experience preferred
