We are recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator to join our busy, dynamic and ambitious service team. The service administrator role will aid and assist in the vital operations of the pumps department, function and customer relationships.
Main Duties (not limited to):
Overall responsibility for Regional Area
Coordinate Remedial Repairs / Quotations
Conduct reactive Call Outs
Procurement where required
Site Assessments / Survey’s
Provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Provide Monthly reports to Division Manager
Assist with staff where required liaise with Service Scheduler (Pump Division) and regional area Supervisor.
Effective and correct use of Internal Quality Management System.
Business projects that are required on a regular basis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a similar sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Willingness and flexibility to undertake other clerical/admin tasks. GCSE grade C or better in maths and English or equivalent qualifications. IT Literate. Excellent telephone manner. Accuracy and an eye for detail. Good communication skills Able to and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
