Job Description

Role:

• Supporting commercial decision making, business partnering with departments providing internal reporting and insightful MI analysis
• Create and manage reports on financial performance by product, sector, customer etc.
• Creating management dashboards in PowerBI providing snapshot of business drivers
• Analysis of performance of the business providing commentary on trends and driving value added insight about how the business can adapt to trend changes
• Assisting with the transition from excel management reporting to data warehouse and data visualisation tools.
• Partnering with data analytics team to ensure data is robust enough to support senior stakeholders in forecasting, budgeting and decision making
• Assisting with information and insight across other departments including sales, marketing, IT and operations
• Assisting in the migration to new cloud based accounting system

Experience:

• Part Qualified/Newly qualified accountant (study support available)
• Strong reporting, financial modelling and MI skills essential
• Advanced Excel user
• PowerBI (or similar) and SQL experience highly desirable
• Driven and keen to develop and grow as the business does into a highly commercial role
