The successful candidate for this role would be a ACCA/ACA qualified with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in practice in a client manager/practice manager or senior managerial role. They will need to be confident and technically strong in all areas of general practice and with plenty of client facing experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
·Accounts and Tax preparation for Limited companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships as well as review of Accounts & Audit work for colleagues. Small amount of internal Audit work required.
·Working alongside directors to manage and develop client relationships.
·Monitor WIP and delegate accordingly ensuring deadlines are met.
·Monitoring staff KPi's and billing targets.
·Assisting with ad hoc high value project work.
·Training part qualified and junior staff members.
