We are looking for a capable and confident Payroll Officer to join the Payroll Bureau for a busy Swansea public practice. The successful candidate will have strong experience in end to end payroll processing and will have some experience of team management.
Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as proven ability to supervise and motivate staff. For this role it is essential that you have hands on experience using payroll software Sage to manage the payroll requirements of a number of clients ranging from sole traders to large companies with upwards of 300 employees
As an experienced Payroller, you must be proficient with RTI and Auto-enrollment of Work Place Pension Schemes. You will be communicating with new and existing clients in an appropriate manner both verbally and in writing on a daily basis, so customer service experience is essential.
