We are looking for a Sales Administrator. This company is a finance business who provide a personalised service to brokers and customers alike.

As Sales Administrator your role will include;
- Responsible for the management of all credit proposals received from Brokers and the internal sales team.
- To analyse the information provided at proposal stage. Data is received in varying formats, therefore an attention to details is paramount.
- Inputting proposals into a database following credit guidelines – identifying what level of supporting information is required prior to sending proposal through to the credit team.
- To liaise with Brokers, Internal and External Sales teams via the phone and e-mail, requesting supporting information and or advising of any missing information.
- Managing the workflow of proposals – ensuring any pending items are not missed and any outstanding tasks are followed up with the Sales team and Brokers.
- To support the credit team in completing any tasks as and when required, mainly but not limited to completing credit searches for both corporate and individuals and obtaining any other supporting information.
- Assisting the Sale Support team with any administration tasks.
- Aim to increase proposal and documentation accuracy for all accounts.
- To work within the defined sales process, IT, tracking, system work and methodology and to both streamline activities.
- To maintain regular contact with the Sales Support Manager appraising them of any potential issues or problems. Suggest new ways of working or process alterations where appropriate.
- Work collectively as a team to achieve best practice by offering solutions to any hurdles or issues.
