A good previous experience maybe having worked within retail jewellery, possibly organising all the store’s administration and being the vital link between the store and its suppliers.
You’d need to have good I.T skills, be fastidious when it comes to minute detail, and inwardly be a real progress chaser to make sure all external stakeholders deliver customer service delight to their UK clientele.
It is expected that there will be a lot to learn, however be reassured you will be in the company of experts who will be more than willing to share and encourage your quest to ever understand. A busy administration role that will demand accuracy and empathy with the plus of being at the centre of most commercial activities, which will provide great opportunity to grow evermore a deeper industry appreciation.
Individually you are clear in your communication both departmentally and externally and naturally record all to ensure accuracy and best corporate control.
You need to be ‘hands on ‘, able to pitch your enthusiasm to every office task, be it dealing with incoming post through to ensuring the promise of prompt client parcel dispatch.
Your nature is to enjoy being a team player and often you will accompany the businesses Directors to trade shows (so you can continue to build the rapport you’ve built so well via email and the phone, then in person.)
