Job Description
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experience Office Administrator to join a friendly and successful architectural practice.

The successful candidate will be supporting the project teams and studio manager with all administrative duties to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Duties of the role:

* Office administration- printing, typing, filing
* Provide ad hoc cover for the Receptionist
* Managing the switchboard
* Data Entry
* Dealing with emails and calls
* Document control - managing the processing of incoming and outgoing documents and drawings
* Assisting the Office Manager with duties

Requirements for the position

* You must be immediately available to start a new position
* Previous experience within office administration
* Previous experience in Document Control
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* Confident with all Microsoft Office programs
* Flexibility and able to pick things up quickly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Interpersonal Verbal And Written Communication, Skills Excellent Time Management And Scheduling Skills, Able To Work To Tight Timescales
